- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The waiting times are long, and the minutes with the physician physically present are short. Some times workers decide to just go home and not even call to inform you your appointment has been canceled. Often their computer system is down and they claim to call you to reschedule within a few hours but may actually call a week later. The front desk will handle complaints in a professional manner but I rather doubt any are communicated with the rest of staff.
